Wilson’s World: Celebrating Global Week at Providence Day School

Providence Day School's Health & Innovation Tech Fair is today from 10:30am until 2:30pm.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – It is Global Week at Providence Day School.  Wilson was at the school today where they were ending their week with a Health & Innovation Tech Fair learning that he just might be surrounded by kids a lot smarter than himself.

All week the Providence Day School’s biennial ‘Global Week’ has been celebrated with the theme of Global Health Innovation,”   focusing  on avenues of change and how each of us can make a difference.  Over 70 countries were included in the theme of the week.

Wilson was joined by participants in today’s fair to talk about the focus of the week to educate students about innovations in global health, excite students about the many diverse fields impacting global health, and empower students to explore their ability to make a difference, no matter their preferred discipline.

The Health & Innovation Tech Fair runs from 10:30am until 2:30pm and is open to the PD community at large including all students, faculty, staff, parents, and alumni.  Find out more about the fair at their website HERE.
