CMPD Hosting Community Conversation To Discuss Violence And Conflict Resolution

CHARLOTTE, N.C. —  The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is hosting a Community Conversation to address conflict resolution amid the spate of violence affecting the Charlotte area.

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department says the Community Conversation will dive deeper into conflict resolution by giving participants some skills and information about opportunities to learn to address conflict before it manifests into violent crime.

The event will be held tonight, May 9th, from 6pm until 8pm at the Palmer Building, located at 2601 E. 7th Street in Charlotte.
