South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster Signs Bill To Bring Carolina Panthers’ Practice Facilities To Rock Hill

ROCK HILL, S.C. — South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster signed a bill that will officially bring the Carolina Panthers’ practice facilities to Rock Hill.

A news conference and pep rally were held at Fountain Park in Rock Hill as officials made the official announcement.

Gov. McMaster signed the Professional Sports Team Incentive Act of 2019 at the pep rally.  The Panthers will receive $115 million worth of financial incentives for moving the facilities to South Carolina.
