Police: Men Wanted For Armed Robbery At Statesville Credit Union

STATESVILLE, NC — Police are looking for the suspects they say robbed a State Employee’s Credit Union Monday afternoon.

The robbery happened around 12:30 p.m. at the SECU on Wilkesboro Highway. Police say the men displayed a weapon when they entered the bank and stole an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect vehicle was described as a white 2009 Honda Accord, which was reportedly stolen at gunpoint in the Charlotte area. Police say it was found in a nearby neighborhood a short time later.
