CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is currently searching for a man accused of cutting off his electronic monitoring device.
Christian Holt is wanted on two counts of uttering a forged instrument, two counts of obtaining property by false pretense, forgery, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, damage to property, and interfering with an electronic monitoring device.
The CMPD says Holt was court ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device as a condition of his pre-trial release.
On August 7th, Holt reportedly cut off his electronic monitor and was last known to be in the area of Florence Avenue near Rama Road in southeast Charlotte.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Holt is asked to call 911 immediately.
