CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The hot start to the season of Independence will be put to the test against Olympic on Friday.
The Patriots improved to 2-0 last week after defeating South Meck and they’re winning in impressive fashion. Head coah Mike Natoli’s team is averaging 44.5 points per game. With a win Independence will improve to 3-0 to start a season for the first time in five years.
Olympic picked up their first win of the season last week downing North Meck 35-14. First year head coach Brandon Thompson says he was proud to see the guys get a win so they will continue to the trust the process and buy in.
Kickoff is at 7pm at Olympic.
