Suspect Charged After Man Found Stabbed To Death In Uptown Roadway; Victim Identified
The Latest:
The CMPD has charged 62-year-old Marcus Bradley for the murder of 58-year-old Mark Jamison.
On, Monday, September 23rd, 2019, around 7:19 p.m., Jamison was found stabbed to death in uptown Charlotte. Police say the stabbing stemmed from an altercation.
Bradley has been charged with Murder and Carrying Concealed Weapon.
The case is still under investigation and more information will be released as it develops.

CHARLOTTE, NC — CMPD is investigating after a man was found stabbed to death in the Uptown area Monday night.
Police say a physical assault call was made around 7:19pm in the area of W. 10th Street at N. Smith Street. Arriving officers found a man with stab wounds in the roadway.
He was pronounced dead on the scene.
CMPD says the victim appears to have been stabbed during an altercation, but they have not released any information on possible suspects at this time.
This is Charlotte’s 78th homicide of 2019.
