Wilson’s World: With the NASCAR Foundation at the NASCAR Hall of Fame
The NASCAR Foundation's Over the Edge Event continues today at the Embassy Suites in Uptown Charlotte
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Wilson was in Uptown Charlotte this morning where he was with some interesting and courageous people with the NASCAR Foundation. These courageous people were actually preparing to go “Over the Edge” and rappel down the Embassy Suites building across the street from the NASCAR Hall of Fame to raise funds for the NASCAR Foundation.
Wilson talked with some of the volunteers who appelled down the building yesterday or were getting ready to go over the edge today. Joining Wilson were NASCAR drivers Jordan Anderson, Ross Chastain and Vinnie Miller to talk about going over the edge.
The NASCAR Foundation’s “Over the Edge” event began on Tuesday and will continue through today.
The NASCAR Foundation is a 501c(3) charity that works to improve the lives of children who need it most in our NASCAR communities through the Speediatrics Children’s Fund and the Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award making children’s health and medical needs a top priority.
