CHARLOTTE, NC — A man accused of robbing a bank inside a southwest Charlotte Walmart Wednesday morning has been arrested.
Rashad Smalls, 26, is charged with Common Law Robbery. Police say he is accused of robbing the Woodforest National Bank inside the Walmart on S. Tryon Street around 10:20am on September 25th.
Smalls reportedly gave a note to the teller and took off with an undisclosed amount of money.
