Kemba Walker Returns To Charlotte In Winning Effort With Celtics

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Kemba Walker called Charlotte home for eight seasons, so coming back to Buzz City as a member of the Celtics is something that even he called ‘weird’.

The Hornets all-time leading scorer is running the show in Boston now and leads the team in scoring.

Thursday night the Celtics and Hornets were the primetime NBA game of the night. Kemba returned to the Spectrum Center with huge fan fare as well as a tribute video from the Hornets.

Before the game Walker spent time with his four mentee’s who are all part of Big Brothers Big Sisters.

The Celtics won 108-87, Walker had 14 points.
