MATTHEWS, N.C. — Weddington’s quest for a second straight state title continues on Friday when they host Northwest Cabarrus. The Trojans are coming off a 56-35 win over Northern Guilford last week.

The Warriors are allowing just over five points per game this season while averaging 44 per game on offense.
