Wilson’s World: Introducing Us to SARU by Bow Ramen at Camp North End

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Wilson skipped homeschool today and went straight to dinner when he introduced us to Shintaro Yamada  and “Taka” Terashita ‎ of a new restaurant, SARU by Bow Ramen, located in Camp North End’s Keswick Avenue food stalls. SARU serves authentic Nagahama-style tonkotsu ramen. This ramen soup style was developed in the Nagahama district of Fukuoka, Japan, and features ultra-thin, hand-cut noodles cooked in steaming hot broth that’s packed with flavor.
