Wilson’s World: Previewing Tuesday’s Harvey B. Gantt Center’s Unmasked: Identity & Stigmas in the Black LGBTQ+ Community”

 

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The  Harvey B. Gantt Center for African-American Arts+Culture ongoing virtual conversation series “Unmasked.”    Tuesday’s “Unmasked: Identity & Stigmas in the Black LGBTQ+ Community” will include some of Charlotte’s most invested members of the Black LGBTQ+ community to provide depth to the conversation about mental health among black people. Afeni Grace with the ‎Gantt Center talked with Wilson about Tuesday’s virtual event.

The discussion will be streamed via the Gantt Center’s YouTube live channel Tuesday, August 25th at 7 pm.  The event is free and open to the public however you will need to RSVP. To chat during the program and contribute your perspective, you will need a YouTube account with a Gmail email address prior to the program.
