Wilson’s World: Previewing Tuesday’s Harvey B. Gantt Center’s Unmasked: Identity & Stigmas in the Black LGBTQ+ Community”
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Harvey B. Gantt Center for African-American Arts+Culture ongoing virtual conversation series “Unmasked.” Tuesday’s “Unmasked: Identity & Stigmas in the Black LGBTQ+ Community” will include some of Charlotte’s most invested members of the Black LGBTQ+ community to provide depth to the conversation about mental health among black people. Afeni Grace with the Gantt Center talked with Wilson about Tuesday’s virtual event.
The discussion will be streamed via the Gantt Center’s YouTube live channel Tuesday, August 25th at 7 pm. The event is free and open to the public however you will need to RSVP. To chat during the program and contribute your perspective, you will need a YouTube account with a Gmail email address prior to the program.
