CHARLOTTE, N.C. (News Release) — The Carolina Panthers and Atrium Health have partnered up to launch the Frontline Heroes Campaign, designed to recognize frontline workers from North and South Carolina, who have made sacrifices during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Throughout the 2020 season, Panthers fans can nominate a deserving frontline hero that has made a significant impact in serving others. Atrium Health and the Panthers will then recognize frontline heroes during each Panthers home game, as well as on the team’s social media channels and website.
“During the COVID-19 pandemic, there have been countless examples of frontline workers, in a wide spectrum of job functions, who have gone above and beyond in selflessly serving the needs of our community,” said Panthers director of community relations Riley Fields. “The Frontline Heroes program, in partnership with Atrium Health, provides a wonderful opportunity to recognize some of these amazing heroes while allowing us to express our gratitude and tell their stories.”
