Wilson’s World: Camp North End Welcomes Plant Powered Culinary Kitchen Plant Joy This Week

CHARLOTTE, N.C. –  Camp North End will have a new business this week.   Plant Joy, a new plant-powered culinary kitchen will open tomorrow and will serve all things vegetable and vegetation with a focus on local, organic and vegan dishes. Julia Simon, Nourish Charlotte’s founder/executive chef,  joins Wilson to talk about the first brick-and-mortar concept for her and her partner Erik Berns.
