Wilson’s World: Tips on How to Reduce Stress During the Pandemic and the Holidays from HopeWay

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Allison Todd Primary Therapist with the non-profit HopeWay  joined Wilson this morning with some tips on how to reduce stress during the pandemic and the holiday season.

HopeWay is an accredited nonprofit mental health treatment facility located in Charlotte, NC that provides best practice behavioral health care and education for adults and their families.  They offer 3 levels of care for adults; residential hospitalization, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient.  They will also be offering a Veterans program beginning January of 2021.  They currently offer a virtual intensive out patient program.  More information on HopeWay as well as all of their programs including how to make an appointment for a mental health assessment can be found at their website hopeway.org.
