Wilson’s World: Celebrating The First Day Of Winter And The Saturn/Jupiter Conjunction With Schiele Museum

December 21st marks the first day of Winter and Wilson is with Candice Jordan from the Schiele Museum in Gastonia to talk more about the Winter Soltice and the Saturn and Jupiter Conjunction.

The best way to see the Saturn and Jupiter Conjunction is to look towards the western sky approximately 10 to 20 degrees in the sky.  This happens about every 20 years but it hasn’t happened to this magnitude since 1623.

1226 was the fist time the world was able to see the Saturn and Jupiter Conjunction.
