Wilson’s World: CMPD Animal Care & Control Hits Their 90% Adoption Rate Goal for 2020 and Becomes a No-Kill Shelter

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – It has been an exciting time for the group at CMPD Animal Care & Control, they have reached their 90% adoption rate goal for 2020.  This now makes CMPD AC&C a no-kill shelter for 2020.  Melissa Knicely of CMPD AC&C joined Wilson this morning to talk about how excited AC&C is to have the designation as a no-kill shelter and how everyone understands the importance of this designation to both the shelter and the community.
