Wilson’s World: Job Training Opportunities with NC MedAssist

CHARLOTTE, N.C. –  Last month Wilson brought us information about the non-profit  NCMedAssist and their amazing program that helps get free prescriptions and over the counter medications to North Carolina residents who can’t afford them.  Today he is joined by  Sheila Kidwell, representative of  ‎NC MedAssist, to talk about their Job Training Opportunities program.  This program is an expansion of their Transitional Jobs Program which is for individuals who have barriers to employment.  The new Job Training Opportunities program will get people on the right track with a longer term training program to get them into more specialized employment.
