Wilson’s World: Turner Construction and their Partnerships with ACE Mentor Program and the Charlotte Toolbank

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Sarah Crews with Turner Construction Company‎ and Allie Alu of the  ACE Mentor Program‎ join Wilson this morning to talk about the partnerships of Turner Construction with ACE Mentor Program and with the Charlotte Community Toolbank.

The ACE Mentor Program was created to engage, excite, and enlighten high school students to pursue careers in architecture, engineering, and construction through mentoring and continued support for their advancement into the industry.

The Charlotte Community ToolBank is a nonprofit tool lending program that provides charitable organizations with year-round access to an inventory of tools for use in volunteer projects, facility and grounds maintenance as well as special events.  They offer hundreds of different types of tools and equipment from simple screwdrivers to power tools and even generators.
