Police Search For A Gastonia Man Accused Of Inappropriately Exposing Himself To Two Teenagers

GASTONIA, N.C. — Gastonia Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man accused of indecent exposure after he allegedly flashed two teenagers on their way to school Wednesday morning.

Detectives say the indecent exposure incident occurred around 8:40 a.m. March 17th in the area of Sherman Street and Cherry Park Road of Gastonia.

The suspect is described by officials as a White man in his late 20’s to early 30’s, brown to black hair in a small ponytail, skinny build, no facial hair, and wearing a black ball cap.

Detectives say the suspect was driving a 2001 Jeep Cherokee-type vehicle that is gray or silver in color, with a North Carolina license plate, and a blanket over the back seat of the vehicle with a blue cover over the tag.
