Springtime Stunners Stick Around

The steady diet of sunshine we've received over the past week likely comes to an end by Thursday.

After a gorgeous Easter weekend, we keep the good times rolling into the first full week of April. The neighborhood-friendly area of high pressure that has kept our skies clear for the better part of the past week continues its dominance over the Carolinas through at least midweek. As the system shifts off to the east, southerly winds will combine with abundant sunshine to put us squarely in the 70s and 80s through Wednesday. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. A series of rainmaking systems arrive by Thursday and could last into the weekend, so enjoy the bright skies while they last!

Wednesday: A springtime stunner. High: 83°. Wind: W 5-10.
