CHARLOTTE, N.C. –Two people including a child are in the hospital with serious injuries after what CMPD believes was an accidental shooting. It happened around 8:30 Tuesday night on Bevington Woods Lane near Pineville-Matthews road in South Charlotte.
One adult and a child were both taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
At this time, police haven’t released further details as the investigation continues.
