WINSTON SALEM, N.C. – The Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man.
North Carolina is asking citizens to be on the lookout for 53-year-old Francis D Robert, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some cognitive impairment.
Roberts was last seen on Edram Avenue near Reidsville Road, wearing a ball cap, blue windbreaker style sports jacket, blue jeans, red backpack, and black sneakers.
