CONCORD, N.C. –The Concord Police Department is investigating a sexual assault case involving a 55-year Jeffery Boden.

Detectives discovered Boden was involved in an inappropriate relationship with a minor under the age of 15.
On April 6th, detectives arrested Boden for alleged inappropriate liberties with a child. Boden was charged with first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and statutory sex offense.
This case is active and ongoing. Police are asking anyone with information to contact the Concord Police Department Criminal Investigations Division.
