4th Annual Widow Outreach Project Serves Over 1000 Widows Each Year

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Each Valentine’s Day, hundreds of widows across our area are remembered thanks to the annual widow Outreach project. The effort was started by a local florist during the pandemic, and in just four years, the program has grown to serve more than 1000 local widows and widowers.  WCCB Charlotte’s Lauren McDonald has the story.
