CHARLOTTE, N.C. – One person was killed and two others were injured in an overnight crash in northeast Charlotte.
It happened in the University City area on North Tryon Street and Periwinkle Hill Avenue.
MEDIC said one person was pronounced dead at the scene. Two additional patients were taken to Novant Presbyterian, one with life-threatening injuries and one with minor injuries.
