Experience An Infant Swim Class At The Simmons YMCA

CHARLOTTE, N.C.– Ten people die each day from unintentional drowning, according to the American Red Cross. On average, two of those people are under 14 years old. The YMCA of Charlotte aims to help people of all ages develop skills to become stronger and more confident swimmers. WCCB Charlotte’s Lauren McDonald takes us to the Simmons Y, for an infant swim class and she brings some familiar faces along. For more information about the Step Into Swim Initiative, click here.
