Exhibition + Artists:
‘“Liminal Divine” explores the intersection of humanity, reverence, and connection. “As a collective, we are united by examining what we hold sacred through diverse mediums and perspectives. Through collaborative dialogue and experimentation, we push the boundaries of our practices, fostering innovation and synergy,” says Palmisano.
Charlotte artists Krystle Baller, Alicia Bell, day hixson, Amtah Naazim, Marcelle Vielot, and Gloria Zavaleta were brought together by curator and artist Palmisano at the request of McColl Center for this Exhibition Fellowship opportunity.
This unique fellowship granted these seven exceptional artists access to the McColl Center Studios for a four-week immersive, collaborative journey. They used the time to explore what they hold sacred, the power of the magic in the mundane, and hidden complexities in the seemingly straightforward.
