Debby Is Slowly Crawling Closer To The Carolinas
Debby Tropical Headlines:
- Debby made landfall along Florida’s Big Bend early Monday morning – near Steinhatchee at 7 a.m.
- Debby made landfall as a category 1 hurricane, but is now a Tropical Storm.
- At least 4 people have died as a result from this system so far.
- Debby is expected to bring nearly 2 feet of rain to parts of Georgia and South Carolina. This will bring widespread flash flooding that will be catastrophic and life threatening.

Forecast:
Tonight: Mostly cloudy. Isolated showers. Low: Low 70s.
Tuesday: Isolated showers for most of the area, but numerous for those southeast of I-85. Cloudy. Highs in the low 80s.Wind: East 5-15 with gusts up to 20.
Wednesday through Saturday: Numerous showers continue mainly southeast of I-85 through the day Wednesday. Waves of widespread heavy rain will take over Wednesday PM and continue through at least Saturday morning. Confidence is not high right now on when this storm will get out of here so stay tuned to timing.
