Up ‘n Adam: Rocket Man Pole Vault

MOORESVILLE, N.C. — Adam Wurtzel met the coaches and students of Rocket Man Pole Vault in Mooresville.

“Up ‘n Adam” learned the ropes (or should we say poles) of the techniques and skills it takes to Pole Vault, from Rocket Man’s coaching team.  He then got to watch some of their current students train.  It was then time for him to take a pole of his own and try his best at this very difficult sport.
