Car Engulfed In Flames In Mooresville

MOORESVILLE, N.C. – Firefighters extinguished a car fully engulfed in flames on a road in Mooresville Friday afternoon.

Mooresville firefighters arrived at Byers Creek Road and found an SUV on fire. 

The fire was put out and the area was cleared within 25 minutes.

The driver was treated at the scene by medical personnel but was not transported. 

The cause is under investigation.
