Up ‘n Adam: Biscuit Belly

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Adam Wurtzel went to the new breakfast/brunch spot Biscuit Belly in Elizabeth, and got to make some fresh biscuits of his own.

Biscuit Belly’s menu features not just your basic biscuits and gravy.  Elaborate sandwiches include the Brisket Biscuit, Fire In Your Belly featuring Nashville hot mayo, The Love Shack featuring brie and honey jam and the Belly Buster featuring every breakfast meat on the menu.
