Red Lobster Overhauls Menu After Bankruptcy

CHARLOTTE, N.C.– Hush puppies, once a staple on Red Lobster’s menu, are back. It’s part of broader changes at the chain, which came after Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection under new ownership in September. A 35-year-old CEO is hoping to turn around the seafood restaurant chain’s fortunes. An Overhauled menu which is 20 percent smaller will be rolling out this week. The menu has nine new items. They include the popular hush puppies.
