Victim in south Charlotte homicide identified

CHARLOTTE, NC – A homicide investigation is underway in south Charlotte.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police were called to an apartment complex on Archdale Drive, just off Interstate 77 just before 6am on Monday.

Officers say a man identified as 25-year-old Christopher Saneth Rosa Castellanos had been shot. MEDIC says he died at the scene.

There is no information about what led up to the shooting.
