Two rescued in South Carolina after plane crashes into marsh
JASPER COUNTY, S.C.– Members of the U.S. Coast Guard helped rescue two people after their small plane crashed into a marsh in South Carolina. It happened Sunday near the Little Black River in the southern part of the state. A spokesperson for the coast guard said when the air crew arrived at the scene, it sent a rescue swimmer to the crash site to assess the pilot’s condition.
