Up ‘n Adam: Workout Wednesday at The Barclay at SouthPark
CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Adam Wurtzel met 83-year-old Ron Nordmann, a resident at The Barclay at SouthPark who remains physically fit, proving that age is only a number.
