CHARLOTTE, N.C . β We Rock Charlotte Rock Camp registration opens Monday, January 27th.
Children, youth and adults explore music and film with We Rock Charlotte through one on one instruction, clubs, workshops, group classes, concerts, events and camps! We Rock Charlotte creates and maintains safe space for gender and cultural diversity and connects folks across points of difference to make disruptive change in Charlotte and Beyond!
What is Summer Rock Camp?
In one week, campers form a band, write an original song, learn to play an instrument and participate in workshops along the way. Bands then perform for friends and family at a local Charlotte venue. It’s a great way to build confidence, learn to be an ally to all, and try something new in a super supportive environment. We Rock Charlotte camps are LGBTQ+ friendly and open to all genders. No musical experience is required!

Teen Camp
- The Dubois Center at UNC Charlotte Center City. (320 E 9th St)
- Rising 8th graders – Rising 11th graders
- July 21-25 9am – 3pm
- Camp Concert July 26 @ Heist Brewery & Barrel Art
