Rock Hill July 4th festivities offers inflatables, live music and more
ROCK HILL, S.C. – The Rock Hill festivities blocked off the city’s downtown this July 4th. The free event featured entertainment like inflatables for the kids and live music for the adults.
WCCB met a few people from Rock Hill and beyond, who wanted to check out the fun. Rock Hill resident Bryan Njeba says, “Typically just just hang out with family, grill, a little bit of fireworks. So we tend to keep it low key. So we thought this year we’ll switch it up a little bit.”
Andrew Switzer is visiting from Texas. He says, “It’s the fireworks. The family. And just spend some good quality time with everybody, you know? Cause this is probably my first vacation in eight years. And, it’s a blessing to be here.”
And Fort Mill resident Patrick Daka says, “Just looking at everybody having a good time, and just appreciating, love, peace for the most part. It’s fun to be out here.”
Rock Hill’s celebration ended at 9PM.
