Rising celebrates National Comic Book Day

CHARLOTTE, NC – A day to enjoy the art and stories behind page turning comics many have grown to love.

Comics have been enjoyed in America since the 1840’s with the printing of, “Mr. Obadiah Oldbuck.”

Shelton Drum, Owner of “Heroes Aren’t Hard to Find,” and “Heroes Convention” stopped Rising to talk about some of his favorites, and how anyone can enjoy comics.
