Driver of stolen car jumps closing drawbridge

A car thief jumped a drawbridge just to get away from police.

The incident was caught on multiple surveillance cameras as the driver broke through a safety barrier and jumped the gap on the closing bridge in Seattle.

Officers in pursuit did not follow the stolen car across the bridge but investigators later found the car abandoned and damaged. The suspect remains on the run.
