The Edge: Kristin Bell accused of writing tone-deaf wedding anniversary post

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Kristin Bell is making headlines for an anniversary post that many are calling tone deaf. In a post on Instagram, she wrote in part, “Happy 12th wedding anniversary to the man who once said to me: ‘I would never kill you. A lot of men have killed their wives at a certain point. Even though I’m heavily incentivized to kill you, I never would.'” Some people are taking issue with the timing of her post. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month in the US.
