Fall warmth is moving in
70s continue into the weekend
Friday continues this steady warming trend thatβs been building through the week. Sunshine dominates from sunrise to sunset, and afternoon highs will climb close to 70Β°. The air will feel mild and comfortableΒ which will be a perfect blend of warmth and fall freshness that makes it hard to stay inside.
The weekend brings even better news for outdoor plans. Both Saturday and Sunday will deliver plenty of sunshine with just a few passing clouds. Temperatures rise into the low to mid-70s each afternoon, a few degrees above normal for this time of year. Morning temperatures will stay on the cooler side, in the 40s and low 50s, before quickly rebounding under the afternoon sun. Whether youβre tackling yard work, heading to a football game, or visiting a local fall festival, the weather looks just about perfect.
OurΒ mountain communities are also seeing a gradual rebound from the recent cold spell. Friday, milder air begins to settle in, lifting temperatures into the upper 50s. The weekend continues that trend, with highs in the lower 60s and abundant sunshineΒ andΒ a much-needed turnaround after several frosty mornings earlier this week.
As we look ahead to early next week, the stretch of pleasant weather sticks around. Highs will hold near or slightly above average, and the dry pattern continues through at least the first half of the week. Clouds may begin to increase by midweek, hinting at our next rainmaker, but until then, itβs all about calm, comfortable conditions.
