Suspect wanted, accused of robbing a Burger King in Fort Mill

FORT MILL, S.C. – Deputies are searching for a suspect accused of robbing a Burger King in Fort Mill on Thursday morning, according to the York County Sheriff’s Office.

It happened around 6:20 a.m. at the Burger King at 3400 US-21.

Deputies said the suspect, possibly a black male, was armed with a weapon and was wearing all black and a ski mask. The suspect allegedly told the victim to give him the keys to the building and to open the safe.

The suspect got away with $200 and fled in an unknown direction, according to the sheriff’s office.
