Increasing clouds with warmer temperatures Wednesday

Upper 50s return

Tonight, we clear things out again, allowing for temperatures to drop quickly. Most of us wake up Wednesday morning in the upper 20s to low 30s, so it’s another cold night.

Wednesday brings in a few more clouds with sunshine along with temperatures climbing into the upper 50s by the afternoon. Throughout the day we’ll deal with gusts up to 15-20mph, but it will remain dry.  Tomorrow evening brings mostly cloudy skies with temperatures a lot warmer back in the lower 40s.

Thursday starts off fairly quiet with some sun and clouds, but rain moves in late in the day. If you’ve got evening plans, you’ll want that umbrella handy.  Most of the heavy rain will move in late afternoon into the evening with at least a quarter of an inch of accumulation. This will be beneficial rain and will move in and out before we head into the weekend.

Friday begins wet with a few leftover showers early, but we dry things out by midday. Skies brighten, and highs land in the mid to upper 50s. The weekend is looking solid with lots of sunshine and temperatures close to 60 by Sunday. Just enjoy it, because cooler air shows back up early next week.
