NC DMV adds new features to website to address long wait times

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The North Carolina DMV is adding a new feature to its website to help with long wait times. Customers will now be able to see estimated wait times at DMV locations and real-time capacity statuses for driver license offices across the state.

Still, a quick check of the NC DMV website shows zero appointment availability across the Charlotte area.
