HOLLYWOOD, CA– American Express is suing Ray J for overΒ  in unpaid credit card debt, alleging breach of contract. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, claims payments stopped around October 2024, following a previous 2025 lawsuit by Amex against him for nearly $140K in separate debts.
