Up ‘n Adam: King of Fire Pizza wins big in Italy

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Adam Wurtzel went to King of Fire Pizza in Uptown to meet the founder, who recently won two awards in Italy.

Siler Chapman competed in the Pizza Senza Frontiere – World Pizza Championship Games in Rimini, Italy in January.  There, he took home 1st place in the Pizza Freestyle competition (high energy acrobatics while tossing pizzas to music), and 3rd place in the Pizza Classica competition.

Hungry guests can try the Inferno Dolce pizza from the Pizza Classica competition, at King of Fire beginning May 1st.
