Upstate SC measles outbreak could be over next Monday

SPARTANBURG CO., S.C. – The measles outbreak in South Carolina could be over soon.

Next Monday would mark 42 days since the last outbreak-related new case. 42 days is the period of time required to declare the outbreak over.

The number of cases related to the Upstate outbreak remains at just under 1,000.
