Body camera shows firefighter’s POV as they battle east Charlotte house fire
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – We’re getting a firefighter’s perspective after crews responded to an east Charlotte house fire. It happened around 11:30 Sunday night on Molly’s Place, off Hickory Grove Road.
Crews arrived to find heavy fire extending into the attic. It took crews just over 20 minutes to get it under control. No one was hurt.
Investigators say the fire started due to improperly discarded smoking materials.
